The repeat prescription form has now closed . All prescription ordering has now moved to our online patient services which you need to register for. You can still hand in your paper re-order form into the Practice or into your local Pharmacy if this is easier for you.

We do not process requests for prescriptions more than 10 days before they are due. There are minimum intervals on prescriptions and if you request a prescription before it is due (if you have more than 10 days medication left), our computer system will be unable to print it. If you require medication early, please add a note to your order to make the GP aware.
