The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions, firearms/shotgun certificates and some vaccination services.
In some cases, you may be able to speak to CAB for advice, for example for PIP reassessment. They may be able to help you without requiring a letter from us. If they deem it necessary, they can write to us to request exactly what is needed in the letter.
