If you are unwell and feel you need signed off, make sure you have self certified for 7 days BEFORE contacting us. You can self certify here. Once you have self certified for 7 days, the GP can issue a Med3 Sick Certificate for you after discussing your condition with you over the phone.
We will only email sick certificates or it can be collected from the practice.
If you need to extend your sick line, you can now do this on our website or you can call the Practice and request it via our Reception team.
