The Young Women’s Movement has co-designed a resource “Embody to Empower” with small group of young women to help create a more inclusive understanding of what a positive experience of accessing healthcare is, and how young women can build the skills and confidence to self-advocate within healthcare settings

The resources contain information to help young women to know their bodies, access healthcare, prepare for an appointment, and outlines what a positive experience of accessing healthcare can be like. It also includes guidance about how young women can advocate for themselves in an healthcare setting, plus further reading, resources, and signposting.
